Rush Street Interactive (RSI) claims that the integrated debit payments solution, which debuted on RSI's BetRivers platform in collaboration with fintech firm Sightline Payments, is an industry first.
What does it signify? more ease of use when interacting with an online gaming platform. According to a statement released today by RSI, the solution would make it easier for gamers to see account balances and spend their money.
According to RSI's statement, this will lessen churn, the need to often withdraw and redeposit money, as well as the associated high payment fees and delays. The new product is a white-labeled version of Sightline Debit and is called BetRivers Debit.
Sightline Debit is a payment infrastructure designed for online and offline gambling, sports betting, and demand deposit accounts. Users receive a Visa-branded debit card that is connected to a bank account that is insured by the FDIC and contains gaming funds. This makes it possible to spend money both inside and outside of gaming platforms instantly.
Additionally, customers are better able to stick to their gaming budget when monies designated for gaming activities are divided. That encourages gambling responsibly.
Cross River Bank supports the offering, according to Omer Sattar, CEO and co-founder of Sightline Payments.

According to the corporation, BetRiver's product was launched in New York as the initial stage of a wider growth.
